1.CONSULTATION & DIAGNOSIS
The main function of acupuncture is to transport Qi (life energy) and blood to initiate the energy flow of the body and thus activate the body's own healing ability.
The body has the ability to warn us when there is an imbalance in our body by sending different signals.
It could be fatigue, pain, numbness, swelling, weight gain/fall, rash and more.
It is important to listen to these signals on time and to work preventively so that no disease occurs. The balance between Ying and Yang is crucial for our bodies to work in harmony.
Our life energy (Qi) moves in the meridians that pass through different organs and body parts. You can see these as an energy transport system. The channels of the meridians go deep into the body´s organs and surface to the skin. When you are healthy and harmonious, the energy flows through the meridians. When we are not healthy, it is a sign that some flow in the meridians is blocked. Through acupuncture, you can open the blockage and help the body to heal. The main function of acupuncture is to transport Qi (life energy) and blood to initiate the body´s energy flow.
Acupuncture enhances the body´s resistance and helps it recover at its own pace.
When cleaning the body your give it an opportunity to restore its energy and power.
Ear acupuncture is one of the treatment methods that help the body to balance and heal. This treatment is beneficial after body acupuncture.
Ear acupuncture is a treatment method that involves attaching small seeds of herbs that pressures on different points in the ear.
All meridians meet in the ear and are therefore the focal point for all the energies in the body. The acupuncture points of the ears are smaller and denser than those found along the body´s meridians and correspond to the different parts of the body.
An ear acupuncture completes the acupuncture treatment and gives a very big effect when pressuring the points several times a day after your visit.

4.FOOD & HERBS
FOOD & HERBS
For thousands of years, China has gathered knowledge, wisdom, and experience how our food and our eating effect both body and soul. The food should not only be nutritious, prevent and treat diseases but also strengthen the body and extend life.
If we adjust our diet after the four seasons and the five flavours - sour, salty, sweet, bitter and strong - then we create balance in the body. If you eat too many sweets or drink very sweet drinks, an imbalance that can lead to disease can quickly be created.
Eat as natural as possible, preferably organic and hot food to keep the energies flow in your body.

Lei had bleeding in the stomach after only 1 tablet. Instead, her mother tried Chinese herbs and needles that worked directly.
Lei thought that there are certainly many more who are sensitive and do not tolerate chemically produced medicines and then decided to become a traditional Chinese doctor.
